dNote PC

dNote is an electronic notepad for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP.

Graphical, pure text and bulleted notes are possible. Infra red support and password protection is built in.

The unregistered program has some functional limitations (no ActiveSync, no encryption) but does have no time limit. You have to buy a serial number to make it fully functional.
